A teen detective and her genius little brother chase down the world’s most famous thief to save a trafficked girl.

Teen detective Barb Taylor and her child prodigy younger brother, Jim, have tracked the world’s most infamous thief, Phoenix Munroe, to a street market in Moscow. But the clues aren’t adding up, and when Barb is separated from Jim and their local contact, she realizes her questions have unearthed a shocking secret and led her right into the net of a hidden human trafficking ring.

Barb’s in way over her head, but the phrase “give up” isn’t in her vocabulary. She’s determined to escape, even if she has to fight her way out, and take a captive girl she’s befriended with her.

But the traffickers won’t let them go easily and aren’t shy about playing dirty. With their lives and futures on the line, can Barb find a way to freedom?
